Annual Checck-Up and Brown Pee

Hi all:

I have my annual check up coming up in a couple of weeks. I am wondering if my doc is going to freak out if he sees brown pee and should I tell him that I take Iodine everyday?

Does anyone have experience with their urine tested while on Iodine?
