Today was the 2nd day after the cleanse and I ate raw fruit for lunch and ate my broth and veggies today. I forgot to take my probiotic this morning, so I'm just going to continue with my nightime dosage.
As for your BM situation. I got some rye wafers for my soup. Doesn't have to be rye, but wafers, not crackers. I would suggest that and I want to ask - are you eating the veggies in your broth or just sipping the broth? Did you put any beans in your broth? All of those things help form a solid elminations.
Spread out your meal times to smaller portions 4-5 times a day. It's important, because your body needs to reset its BMR. The fastest way to do that is to not only eat, but eat frequently enough, so that it gets the message that it's going to get more food and more often and up your BMR and help things along. At least that's my experience, but I'm only day 2 after the cleanse. But I did have a solid BM after the second meal broth today. I drank orange juice first thing and again at 10am at noon I had raw fruit and then I ate some veggie broth & rye wafers at 3pm and again at 6pm. I had an elimination around 7pm.
