Multiple Usernames Restriction, a bad idea

A Suggestion:

To not allow multiple usernames from a same computer or from a same IP address.

Several reasons why that is a very bad idea :

- unfair: several curezone users are using the same PC in an internet cafe or in a library or a university. Only one would be allowed.

- unfair: several people from a same house are accessing internet from a same PC, and each one of them would like to use curezone with different username.
Only one would be allowed. unfair.

- unfair: several people from a same company are accessing internet through a proxy server, appearing on CureZone with a same identical IP address, though each one of them is using a different computer. Only one would be allowed. unfair.

- unfair: several people from different parts of the world are accessing internet through a proxy server (in order to surf anonymously), and all of them appear on CureZone with a same identical IP address, though each one of them is using a different computer. Only one would be allowed to access CureZone user area. unfair.

- we actually have a good use for multiple usernames. We have hundreds of forums on CureZone, and on some of those forums people have need to be more anonymous then on others.
Examples:
- A man suffering from impotence, who would like to ask a question, but is embarrased, cause everyone on CureZone knows his username and his anon number.
- A person raped, who would like to share his/her story, but is embarrassed, cause everyone on CureZone knows her username and her anon number.
- A person abused as child, who would like to share his/her story, but is embarrassed, cause everyone on CureZone knows her username and her anon number.

There are 1000s of reason why people may need a second identity.

CureZone moderators are advised not to use the same username when posting messages on Politics/Religion/Abortion/Conspiracy and similar forums, cause their moderator username represents CureZone, and we don't want CureZone associated with any particular belief system, especially not associated with any particular Political opinion or any particular religion or any particular Conspiracy theory.

So, while the previous reasons explain how that rule would block innocent people, or would cause other problems, the next problem is: we don't have a tools to block a single, determined person.

A single, determined person will always find a computer or an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that is not blocked, and will be back on curezone with multiple names, and we will not be able to know it is the same person, unless he gives himself up.
