Re: Help for Die off Headache

This is my first post, so I hope I'm doing it right. Here's my experience with what to do about die-off:

Previously I could get die-off from just the tiniest bit of garlic, or raw onion, apple cider vinegar, etc. Migraine type headaches. I was "eaten up" with candida, but couldn't stand the thought of another of those headaches. I found a site for THREE LAC but was hesitant to order it so I called and talked to them. They told me about activated charcoal and said this is the same stuff they use in hospitals when someone has a drug overdose and assured me I wouldn't have die-off if I took charcoal.

If I understood them right, they said that when candida dies it explodes and some sort of toxin is released and that's what causes die-off. They told me that the charcoal would absorb the dead candida and the toxins. They told me to take the THREE LAC and wait about 2 hours. Then to mix one tsp. of the charcoal into a glass of water and drink it. It doesn't have a taste, but is a little grainy and you have to add water several times to get it all out of the glass.

It was amazing! And it worked! I got cocky and decided I didn't need it and one day did the THREE LAC without it. BIG mistake! I was soooo sick.

I recently purchased the Ultimate Zapper. The first day wasn't so bad, but the second day I had terrible die-off (was in bed all day and had to take a pain pill for the headache) and then I remembered the charcoal.

Here's what I did with the zapper: I did my round of zapping 7 on 10 off 3 times. Then I waited about 30 minutes to an hour and drank 1 tsp. of charcoal in water. I've been taking CALM (magnesium citrate) at night to lower my blood pressure and so I took that a couple of hours after the charcoal. It has a laxative effect, so before long ... charcoal, etc. is expelled. I didn't see any "critters" but I've only been doing this for 4 days so it may be too soon. I'm still a zapping newbie.

P.S. My sister had food poisoning on her last vacation and remembered what I'd said about charcoal. She took the capsules and said it was miraculous.
