Oh I see.  Sorry.  It felt like you needed information on why some are taking so much.  I was answering "i read somewhere that someone is taking 50 mgs per day -- is there a reason for this?"  I was not trying to insult you by referring you to those articles.

Why is it missing from out diets?  I suppose that can have a lot of answers.  My feeling is that it is politics.  I can't think of anything else.  It is so cheap.  I should never have been removed from bread and milk.  Paranoia.
