Probiotics

I decided today was my last day of the MC. I passed mucous today and on the onset, I would go to 40 days or until I passed mucous. So another week is not necessary.
I feel proud, happy, assertive.

I'm staring my oj tomorrow have a question about Probiotics. I have some "Daily-Dophilus" am/pm probiotic system.

Do I take the last SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning or do I not do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning at all?

Do I take Dialy-Dophilus with my OJ?
