Re: another Ruby Ridge/Waco
The question you've asked is sort of the gist of what the Brown's story is about; tax enforcement.
This is not to quibble with you , but one must be careful when asking questions that touch on the dubious nature of things government, like taxes. A main reason for this is, regular people, like you, like me, tend to speak in ways that make use of regular, common langauge. However, dubious things government, like their system of tax enforcement, is premised on legal langauge that itself makes use of common words FOR WHICH the government's word smiths have coined into distinct definitions that in many if not most cases hinge upon definitions that are different all together from the common meaning. As defined by the tax code, for instance, in comparison with how language is defined for common use, this situation makes one eligible to quickly go into the familiar circle jerk where the strange, novel fictions permeate...."whatis income?", "what is a citizen?", what is an employer?", what, exactly, is the law that makes the average American worker liable for taxes upon their income?". Such is the nature of the laguange of legalise.
Likewise, "what is their story?".By who's measure are you willing to accept for an answer? If the their-story as generally reported through the media is sufficient, there is plenty of this on the web to be found, much of it current. By the same token, the Brown's themselves have their version of their story also out their on the web. For anyone who would genuinely like to know what this story is about, they will do well to at least sample some of each.
Here is their story as portrayed by sources outside of the mainstream. I trust that you can find all the mainstream versions of this story that you could ever want.
Good luck with that.
