People who are using this and have found good results, just wondering how long it took before you noticed it? I started taking 2000 mg of L-Lysine a day. Two pills at morning and two at night, they were 500 mg each. And also a vitamin b in the morning. It has been 15 days now, but my condition is still the same. The rest of my L-Lysine pills will be used up in a week, so should I continue or try the next method? It seems that people who seem to have success with any sort of method notice a quick change within a few days so I'm not sure.
