I am new to water fasting. After reading these posts which are great I decided to try to fast for two weeks for weight lost. However I have a few questions I hope someone could help me with. I take a daily multivitamin everyday, should I discontinue my vitamin while on the fast or is it OK to continue to take it.
Also what about exercising? I perfer walking and light weights. Can I continue to do so while on my 2 week water fast?
