Re: Q for Veteran Cleansers re Rough Cleanse

My last three cleanses pretty much went as you described, fairly smoothly. During my current cleanse, on day 9 and again on day 13, I also experienced the extreme abdominal pain you are speaking of. In my case, it passed within 10-15 minutes and about an hour later I had some very large bowel movements, which indicates to me that some sort of blockage was cleared. In both cases, once I had the gunk out of me I felt great. Perhaps you are experiencing a blockage as well that needs to be pushed out. Two things that helped me was drinking my body weight in ounces of water, not half, and uping my cayenne intake to almost half a teaspoon per drink. I have since been cleaning out lots of gunk as the cayenne continues to loosen up old fecal debris inside my digestive tract.
