Woo hoo! I know it seems minute, but, to me, this is one of the greatest obstacles I face when fasting. It's difficult to share this, but I want to be vulnerable and therefore, more open to my personal strength and determination this fast. It is important for me to be constantly reminded from where I came, so that I may press on to completion. Hence, I will share my starting weight and my end of day weight each time I am able.

CW = 228.8
Obviously, this is water weight, but I welcome any drop in number on the scale. My next goal is to make it to Monday. Our family is going camping this weekend and I will be the only one not eating. My family is used to me fasting, so that shouldn't be an issue. I just have to stay focused and drink my water! Take care everyone!
