Ok, well i'm 12 hours into day 3 and I feel weak and dizzy. I think it's because i haven't been drinking enough water so i am going to up the intake to 2 litres for sure everyday, maybe more. Yesterday I only drank 1500 mililitres so obviously it wasn't enough.
I don't necessarily have hunger pains, but i do have this empty feeling that isn't really pleasant. But I'm determined not to eat anything since every time I have eaten in the past the food never tasted as amazing as i imagined it would.
Here is my progress so far after 2.5 days of fasting:
I'm really happy with the 5.2 pound weight loss in that amount of time. Here's to hoping it continues :)
