DEA Update

The new Regulations allowing single sale transactions of a 1 oz size of the 5% Lugol's and unlimited sales of the 2% Lugol's in both 1 oz and 16 oz is expected to be signed within the next week or 10 days. 30 days after that the new law will be in effect. This could change by a few days or weeks either way and I will post what I find out. In the meantime, my contact at DEA called this morning with the status of the new regulations. I have requested and they offered to keep me informed as best they could re.the status of this rule change. On their advice, I check the Federal Register regularly. In the meantime the 1 oz and 16 oz are still available from us.
