I would question that your new found Wrap Program is really cleaning/draining your lymph system. You can't ever drain the lymph system. If that were the case you would be dead and we don't want that, right? Cleaning the lymph system is what keeps one healthy. The lymph system is the sewer system of the body. The only way the lymph system works is by moving. Unlike the blood that has the heart to keep things movings, the lymph system needs help and only works when we move. So when you sleep, your lymph is not working.
The best way to clean your lymph system is exercise. Any kind that makes you sweat. Rebounding, I have found to be the best for me. Top a 30 minute session of rebounding with 30 minutes in the sauna and I have cleaned my lymph system for the day. It is best to eat a whole food diet, so there isn't as much for the lymph system to remove.
Also some form of stress relief every day will keep the lymph system healthy. Yep, stress makes your immune/lymph system ineffective.
