I weigh 131. My gw is 115. I'm 5'3. Since October I have lost 19 lbs by seeing a nutritionus and doing slimfast. I am realizing that a lot of my weight is old weight that needs flushed out of my system. I was planning for a big change yesterday and ended up breaking into the 120 piece bag of chocolate candy I bought for the office. I had about 15-20 because I freak out at times and just eat until I am sick. I woke up this morning and wanted more for breakfast! geez! So today I have had some nectarines, v8, and fruit juice. I know this isn't exactly what I should be doing everyday but I haven't been to the grocery store and I'm just not real sure what I need to buy. It was better than eating junk today. =/ But I did drink water atleast.
