Re: raw stomach

alfalfa huh? never heard of that but whatever works works and alfalfa is probably good for ya anyhow!

are you sure you are overproducing acid? were you diagnosed with a hiatal hernia? i am just asking because from what i have read, a lot of acid reflux is actually due to an underproduction of stomach acid and not the other way around. if you have a hiatal hernia than i am assuming it is too much acid. but anyhow, a lot of people are misdiagnosed with hyper-acidity when in fact it is the opposite and then they are given all sorts of antacids and prescriptions that only make the situation worse.

i definitely have and low stomach acidity problem and this is probably where most of my food sensitivities come from. i started thinking it was some type of immune reaction(possibly an auto-immune disease) because my body would react so quickly to offending foods..i am talking anywhere from seconds to minutes up to an hr but almost always immediately within just a few minutes. that tells me that my reactions are happening while the food is still in the stomach (for the most part) so stomach acid has to play a huge role. i have tried supplementing with HCI but it didn't seem to do much for me either way except confuse things when i would get some burning. so i quit taking those. i have tried digestive enzymes...they didn't help either...the food sensitivities were no better or worse. so i just wound up getting worse and worse until i was down to eating just a few things over the last six months. but then finally i juice fasted a few times...have been bowel cleansing on and off...taking Lugols on and off...and did two Liver Flushes and my food allergies are getting a lot better. i don't know what has had the most impact yet and i am still trying to figure that out. i am hoping it is the Lugols cause if i do one more juice fast i am gonna melt away into nothing! i am way too skinny right now and have no muscle tone left on my body so i would prefer to try and stick to solid food for a little while. i really think the juice fasting has been huge for me though because it did seem to alleviate a lot of my food sensitivities and this was all prior to dosing with iodine.

well i guess i will just have to wait and see what happens over the next month because i don't plan on doing anymore fasts for at least a month or longer. i started a 30 day Bowel Cleanse today and will be incorporating humaworm and the lugols. if i am not any better at the end of thirty days (which i just don't see how that is possible) i will have to try fasting again.
