Re: Parasite cleanse

You know you are done when your symptoms
go away.

It is a good rule though to do a parasite
cleanse once a year, just as you might
routinely worm your pet. If you are exposed
to lots of risks, like swimming in water like
rivers and ponds, streams, or walk barefoot a
lot, or garden with bare hands you may develop
symptoms and want to worm yourself again.

I did a month long cleanse this last winter
and then seems within a month I had symptoms
again from reinfection and so gave it another
go. I also use a zapper in between to keep
my parasite load down. With the hygiene habits
or lack of them, it is incredibly easy to
pick critters up from shopping carts, doors,
and anywhere else dirt accumulates. If you
have a pet, they can also contribute to your
parasites. If you are parasite cleansing,
you will also want to wash your sheets as
frequently as possible and also of course
bathe and change your underwear each day.

My naturopath would also recommend eating
something sweet just prior to dosing at
night. This lures some parasites out from
the organs where they may hide and then
they are exposed to the herbs etc.

Here is some additional info from two of
the products I like. I have used Intestinal
Freedom for years and like it. I just bought
Humaworm although many folks on Curezone
like it. Both sites offer info you may find
helpful in your own efforts~~
