thanks...yup i read the whole thread actually for tsetsi's original post. there were a lot of negative comments made and people calling her a fraud and she wasn't even trying to sell anything!! she was just telling others what really worked for her. man some people can be sooo vicious on these forums, ya know?!
anyhow thanks for the hci tip, but i am actually not paranoid about bacteria from raw eggs. the reason eggs get bacteria in them is because grocery store eggs are washed. if you get eggs from a farm like i do with free roaming chickens, the eggs have their natural protective coating on them when the eggs are laid, which prevents bacteria from getting in the egg. in my opinion, this country is over does the whole anti-bacterial thing and that is how we create superbugs, over-use Antibiotics , etc.
i just made homemade mayo too which has a raw egg in it :)
