Re: "Instantly unwell?"

well, it is hard to describe. i have been hyper-reactive to EVERYTHING for two years now...foods, chemicals, EMF's. i literally would react to a food within a minute or so of ingesting it (this is getting MUCH better). sometimes even less than a minute. i would feel my pulse start pounding in my arms and legs muscle aches and pains, brain fog, fatigue, head pressure, tingling and burning in my ear (all of my symptoms are right sided), and it could just be one of those things above, numerous, or there are many other symptoms i am not listing, but it just all depends on what i ate and how much of it.

with the iodine, it is no different as far as how quickly i feel it. it usually takes less than 5 minutes before i can feel it going through my body. but the symptoms are not necessarily the same as a food reaction. i don't even know how to describe it. it isn't causing me aches and pains like food does, but weird sensations that i don't really know how to explain. i will feel it spread down the right side of my body where all of my symptoms have been, i can feel my liver working hard, i get sensations throughout my sinus cavities in my face...not really sure what else. but when i wake up in the morning i feel just fine. a few times i have had an achey neck and shoulders or a very small headache so i either do a salt load or oil swish and get in the shower and by the time i walk out the door for work i feel normal.

my situation is very odd and my body is very sensitive to anything i ingest. all i know is for the first time in two years i am eating fruit again, i am even eating a little bit of grains and a ton of vegetables i had to cut out. i was literally eating 4 or 5 things a couple of months ago and that is it. i started juice fasting, bowel cleansing, using cayenne, and taking Iodine and my sensitivities are finally starting to clear up. i also did two Liver Flushes recently but a few people on here warned me away from them. i know the juice fasting has had a significant impact on my health getting better because my sensitivities were getting better prior to the Iodine after my first juice fast. i have done three fast so far. now i think it is time to just see where things go with the Iodine for the next month to figure out if it is actually the iodine that is really starting to lift the allergies or if it was all the juice fasting and other cleanses. i would like to think it is the iodine.

do you think i should be worried about taking the iodine if it is causing this kind of reaction, even if i feel completely fine the next day? to me it is just not abnormal for my body to react so quickly because it has been doing this for two years now. i can't use a space heater for more than five minutes at work without feeling absolutely horrible. i am assuming this is my EMF sensitivity.

all i can tell you is that the feelings i am experiencing from the iodine are definitely different than a food reaction, but still rather uncomfortable and strange...but by no means are they painful or debilitating where i can't function. i just prefer not to feel yukky at work. maybe it isn't detox...maybe it is just how my body is reacting to absorbing it. i don't know what to do except to just keep taking it and see how it goes. or maybe i will try a salt load right away and see if it helps. if it does than it is detox. i will try it tonight.
