Re: Facinating... So? ...Re: iodine's effect on my liver flush
i have been considering the egg flush myself but this actually appears to be very healthy for the body overall so i can see why you have had great results. it is only 2 tbsp of oil which is a normal dose in my opinon as opposed to a half a cup or more which is called for by HC and other harsh flushes. plus you aren't fasting on the egg flush are you? egg yolks contain lecithin which is very good for the liver and also yolks are full of n-acetyl cysteine which is the pre-cursor to glutathione (antioxidant the detoxes the liver).
i don't doubt that people are having results with
Liver Flushing using HC's method, and i am still a little confused as to why. but i do agree with V that those stones cannot possibly be comprised of cholesterol and whatever else they some of the people on those boards have reported. i am telling you one of my "stones" was a clump of cod liver oil. VERY distinct odor that could not be mistaken for something else. but whatever works works, right? at this point, i am not quite sure what is curing my
food sensitivities but after engaging in this conversation with everyone i am starting to think it is the iodine. i just realized, right before my second flush i had my own bowel movement the morning of and this was the first time in ages, without taking a natural herb pill the night before to help me go. so this tells me it was the
Iodine helping my digestion. stick with the iodine! it will eliminate the need for flushing all together!! :)
