OK, I am jumping in the fasting ring today! I'm 38, 5'3" and 165 lbs!
I have NEVER weighed this much in my life and I am very ashamed that my weight has gotten this high. I am starting out today, June 3 by drinking tea, will juice some carrots and spinach and Celery for lunch and drink some homemade kombucha tea for dinner.
I will allow for some cooked veggies or a pice of fruit if necessary this first week.
Then a week of juice/tea only.
And then I'll re-evaluate at that time.
Wish me luck! I could use a buddy if anyone else is starting today?
