Fasting day 2, things are going well. Down to 179.7 fully clothed (with shoes). Long way to go but this is a good start.
I'm thinking what I'll do this time around (and to avoid my mother in law asking questions) is fast through Tuesday (5 days) and then switch back to fruits and veggies for a couple days. Then next Friday (when I anticipate seeing her next) I will be able to do dinner with her (normal vegan stuff for me).
This is inspirational though! I want to fast again before my trip, so maybe after a few days of normal vegan eating, I'll switch back to the fruits and veggies then 5 day fast routine. I should really look at a calendar and plan this out.
