Is The Master Cleanse mostly for weight loss?
I've read some posts over on the Fasting Forum like you suggested and the majority are of people wanting to lose weight.
I'm already underweight as it is, about 20 lbs.
Lately, I've been working out and trying to eat more to gain more weight, but I know I'm probably eating the wrong stuff.
And I know that that "weight" that people are losing is the bad kind of weight, all the junk in their system leaving, which is good.
But if I lose anymore weight, I'd be paper thin.
***So how can one go about cleansing their system with The Master Cleanse (whatever that is, I can't find a good post on what it is or how to do it over on the Fasting Forum - perhaps you could provide a link to the thread you mentioned?) and still continue to gain weight and have enough energy to work out. I've read that people are getting serious headaches. I don't function too well with headaches.***
How do you do a Master Cleanse?
What's the recipe and regimen to follow?
Also, what kind of food is the best to eat (or not) during the time of the Cleansing?
