Re: O/T Finally found out about my knee
I have a very high pain tolerance, I am sure, due to all the 24/7 pain since about age 13 (my first VERY major injury), and the countless injuries I have lived through since... a couple pretty gruesome and crippling like falling into that cactus and being skewered :-O. I had to pull myself out of it (major Ouch) and one leg hop home... I was in the desert (about 1/2 mile from home) by myself.
So if I said no to the painful question, which I would, that wouldn't mean the adjustments felt good... I did not look forward to them until I realized the benefit I was getting.
But I can tell you this... I hobbled into the office sometimes with a grimace, and danced out with a smile. A few seconds/minute or two, of discomfort was worth the day or three of freedom between adjustments :-)
That said, every injury and subsequent adjustment would be specific to the individual, and while one adjustment may be a minor discomfort another may be painful dependent upon need and issue.
