actually the underlying issue here that the media is not covering is just how bad our reliance on failing Antibiotics is. viruses and bacteria mutate to thwart antagonists, its the natural order of things. this strain of TB has mutated into being drug resistant, and health official really do have a good reason to be concerned. if a drug resistant strain of TB were to break out and infect large numbers of people we would be in SERIOUS trouble. i dont believe in taking silver for every sneeze or sniffle, but in this case it would definitely be called for.
