the egg/lime flush is quite nice for maintenance purposes after having cleaned the liver from mechnical stuff.
The detox effect is strong. I shows up by a pronounced fatigue two or three hours after having taken the concoction. I presume it is because of the sulfur containing amino acids cystine and cysteine that are a strong detox help of the liver metabolism.
Given that the protein in the yolk is in its natural state all amino acids can be used in the body - my presumption. So, this flush has also a nutritional value.
This lime yolk flush however cannot replace the conventional flush - IMHO. It is a good tool for stage II - after having cleaned the liver.
It should be imparative only using very fresh and organis eggs. Otherwise there is a danger of ingesting bacteria in the eggs.
