very interesting study. i would love to find a study that shows nutrient content of food grown on remineriled soil (with the Acres USA method) versus ordinary organic. that would be fascinating.

so, clearly we do see that pesticides disrupt the ability of produce to develop nutrients. and youre right i am sure it disrupts our ability to absorb and synthesize our nutrients as well. Tweet
