Re: Craving for Sugar and Spices

hi Archus on the arch to Russia or where ever,

I experience I do slow down to a smile with ginger especially the bitten off tender buds, that with a fat like coconut chunked from shell is well received. so much so, my husband doesn't think he can digest coconut without it, but he's like that a lot like celery/carrort is a must combo for him or just one leaves a jittery feeling for the guy.

Which gets me to thinking if there are co-factors triggering need of full relief, like nuts eaten may have you call for for a fruit, sometimes said helpful at that time... although greens should be included for enamel wear and almost perfectly the salad added gets its channel of lipids to be most useful when in such a meal.

Hence, ideas for variety might be tried.

Also, I know I feel thirsty if too sugared by produce so maybe in your case you are consuming too much liquid and seek to balance out electrolytes like potassium in say dates.

just had some thoughts,
Carolyn
