How on earth will I know if I have morgellons/lyme?

Does morgellons give hives, itching? My scalp have been painful and itchy for years and if I put regular schampoo on it (with parfume in it and other chemicals) my scalp burns. I cant tolerate any chemicals on my body.
As my other ailments began to increase, candida and leaky gut the itching started to spread to my face, neck, chest, now I have it everywhere. You cant see it, but I is itchy, hive-like, no visible signs. But I think it might be a overall toxicity/histamine reaction since I see a connection with the itching and my bowels and intestinal flora.

this is so confusing! Or do I have lyme? or both?

The itching and hives on my body decreased once I began to eliminate candida and eat probiotics but this was way back, in the "good" days. Now the overall imbalance is just bigger than ever.

Im so confused, I dont need any more problems, gosh.
