ah yes...right you are. I have done "diets" in the past. Now I just work on my daily diet. The low Sugar thing I'm doing is to get rid of cravings but now I think I'll use the presence of cravings as a guage to whether or not I need to cut down on how much Sugar I'm eating. Without cravings, eating well is easier so I think I can live with this. Now if I can just get myself to stop snacking while in the office....lol
