Re: psoriasis and liver flushing
I totally agree with this method, since I am slowly seeing improvement too.
I have been plagued by P for the last 20 years, but it was somewhat under control until maybe about 5-6 years ago it started getting bad, and gradually I was 80% covered especially on my back, and even big patches on my face.
I have to wear foundation everyday, after soften the dead skins on my face with warm water, and gently rub it off with a sponge, dry with towel and then followed with Oil of Olay cream.
I can't afford the all-organic diet, so I eat whatever I could.
I did a
Colon Cleanse once, and from that point I tried to make sure I have at least one bowel movement per day, thought not always successful, then I'll add more vegetable and fruit into my diet when possible.
My morning routines are:
1 big glass of warm lemon water (using 1/2 lemon)
15ml of Naka Vital-Green (in case in my busy schedule I don't eat right)
then in the evening before going to bed I'll take a capsule of Flora Smart extra-strength probiotic.
I've seen 10% improvement since I started this routine months ago, and whenever possible, go to sleep before 10pm as that's the time your body starts repairing your liver, as I was told.
I hope this method helps a lot of busy working
Psoriasis sufferers as they are fairly inexpensive and low-maintenance. One important thing is, you MUST do the liver cleanse before doing this routine, or you won't see any results!
I hope we won't ever have to go to another doctor ever again!
