I'm curious how one explains that autopsies confirm that the average human has between 5 and 45 pounds of putrified waste in the colon? If it were as easy as taking a laxatie to get rid of, then wouldn't everyone do it? And sooo many people take laxatives, why is the average still 5 to 45 pounds? Just curious.
I myself have wondered if colon cleansing is a hoax. So I tried it for three weeks. Granted, I never passed anything looking like plaque. But I did pass all of the fiber I ingested...it still looked like fiber on the way out. So, if I were to continue the cleanse, continue to regularly pass the fiber (still looking like fiber), and then one day passed plaque, wouldn't I know that indeed it wasn't fiber?
