By the way I did a Liver Flush this weekend and took one teaspoon of Epsom Salt and I almost hit the ER again! Epsom Salt is killing me, never again. I think its wierd, I could tolerate it earlier, maybe I've hit the max limit on magnesium in my body?

Anyway, bad idea to flush. I almost got no stones, just some chaffe, my sinuses got clogged (liver) and my liver is sooore, oh so sore, my whole right side and back is inflamed. I blame the critters. Bad bad bad critters. Kill kill kill.

Im fascinated about the flushers that use Lugols and report that they stop to expel stones, that is a mystery to me. Im not sure whether the Iodine melts it or cramps up the liver that it wont release anything.
