When you paint, is there a better way to do it? Do you have better absorption in certain areas? What about heavy fat areas such as abdomen - if you paint will it help, or not be absorbed? My paint lasts only a few hours even though I am at five drops twice a day. Any suggestions?
I read that adding Vitamin C to Iodine decolorizes it so that it won't stain. Does this affect absorption or use in any way, good or bad? I added some and it does decolorize it.
