Ah, the last couple of days have been trying. To be perfectly honest...I want to lose weight because I'm a recent college graduate and I'm moving away in three weeks. I want my body to represent how I feel inside, if that makes any sense. I'm going to do a weigh in soon. I will let you guys know. I've thought about not doing it at all to be honest until one week before my deadline...that way I don't get discouraged.
In response to the body image comments, its true that my body image has been quite distorted over the course of this fasting frenzy...and when I have eaten I have felt so incredibly guitly for doing it. As soon as I eat anything, even super tiny, it opens the flood gates and I go crazy. Which is, unfortunately what I did on Friday....
You do have energy on the master cleanse....but I have not had a great deal of luck with energy on a water fast. The most important thing on a Water Fast as far as I can tell is simply to keep your muscle strength up...trying to do yoga...slowly, going for leisurely walks, nothing strenuous...just doing enough to keep your muscles active.
