Re: 15 drops of Iodine a day

Hello All:

I started with 1 drop for 1 week, then 2 for a week and so on. From 10 drops a week I bumped it up to 12 and from 12 straight to 15.

I mix 15 drops in 24oz water bottle, drink it during the day at work. I do my selenium and Sea Salt in the evening. I also drink just plain water in between my Iodine water sips. This fits my schedule perfectly.

I must say that my first drop was amazing, which I have said here many times, so anyone interested can look up my past posts.

I have also started taking high dose (10,000mg) of vitamin C(Sodium Ascorbate Crystals), 5000mg in the morning and 5000 in the evening. I started this after I had very chronic cough, I did all the remedies I knew, but nothing helped. I know that it started from my work place, a dead rat was found behind my cubicle. I proved this today that it is my office air, because I was in the field for last three days and my chest was totally normal, today I went to my office and within one hour the funny cough came back. I wonder if there is any test that I could get done, like sputum test, or lung test....
