I take in tons of C naturally because my diet (what there is of it) is 80+% fruit, the rest all veggie, a little bit of almond or rice milk, cream in coffee, zylitol and that's just about it (some nuts). Often liquidated - not the nuts of course. The salt is where I need work, but I've been doing so. I am interested in Newport's Manna salt and one of the Sole options that Grz posted. Thus far I've just been adding a little bit of celtic/sea/mineral salt to ionic, RO water (the brand I mentioned above).
