Help I am so tired

I need to know if I should be experiencing extreme tiredness after doing Liver Flush and doing warm water enemas and coffee enemas. I started with the Liver Flush then did warm water enema twice, not much of a result. I tried the coffee enema and had a lot of feces come out. For two days now I have been extremely tired and very lethargic. Almost to the point of not being able to stay awake or function. Is this normal and how long does this last?
