You will succeed. You can see by my many posts, just writing things out sometimes helps. It's like a journal. You can do this and I'll be happy to support you. I started my fourth day this evening, and I hope that my previous posts about the cravings can help. If anything, take it minute by minute. Tell yourself, that in 5 minutes, that craving will be gone because they usually are. Eventually, or so I'm told, they cease for good.
