I have to admit I've been in your shoes. I have finally come to the realization that there are some things in life that I just absolutely have to do. Getting out and getting sunlight and fresh air is a must. I have to get exersize at least 4 times per week. Even though I am still a little overweight. Maybe if you got some exersize it would increase your circulation so you wouldn't be so cold too. I love turbo jam with Chalene Johnson. It gives me tons of energy, but I had to do it for 3 months before I started to get the energy. Liquid minerals are an awesome help for me.
