Actually, now they have a cove where they go topless and more and behave outrageously on the decks of all the fancy cigarette boats and yachts their daddies bought. Last time I was there it was so shocking that I had to turn my head the other direction.

After about half an hour or so. : )

Austin is a pretty laid back place. At least outside the politicians in the capitol.
