The other night around 9:00pm I had cup of hot apple juice with a little Bragg's apple cider vinegar in it and some cayenne pepper. I wasn't doing a flush, I just was cold and that drink warms me up. Later on in bed, around 10:30pm, my gallbladder starting making all kinds of noises. I decided to put my hand over my gallbladder. A little while later I felt with my hand three forceful pumping sensations, followed by one more that included a loud POP! Like a paperwad being shot out of a straw! The pumping sensation stopped after that, and the gurglings quieted down after. Did I pass a stone? It didn't hurt at all. I am surprised that just one cup of apple juice was that effective at softening the stone and opening up the duct.
