how much does it cost to get it removed ?!

ive had my iud in for about 2 months ! i have had it !! i can not loose weight.. i am breastfeeding so i thought i would loose this weight but nope im stuck and have been stuck at 135 forever now !! i have this shooting pain in my right shoulder.. i am tired all the time.. no matter if i get a full nights sleep !im sick of spotting all the time, and i get the worst migranes ever !! i want to make me an appt. to get it taken out.. so i was wondering how much it costs to get it removed?!
