I'd like to start giving my kids (ages 9 and 7) a drop of Lugol's every now and then. I know they won't drink it with ACV, and I don't buy juice. Is it really important to give on an empty stomach? How about in milk? (raw, of course)
Also, I'm interested in trying a niacin flush. Can anyone advise a good brand of niacin and how much to take? I guess, a "protocol". I've been looking in to this a little, but won't have much time until finals are over tomorrow.
