I will start a raw food diet after the fast. Starting with fruit only, then adding vegetables. Obviously my immune system isn't at it's peak, but with a food diary that could really help. I know how unhealthy dairy is, but it is an easy trap to slip into. Fasting usually takes away my craving for cheese, and the milk, butter, eggs have never been that difficult to give up. Thank you for your good advice and support! I'm feeling a little weak and funny this morning but want to keep on track.
