Does Vitamin B survive buffering?

Hi Monica,

I read on one of the threads in this forum a few days ago about buffering Vitamin C; the ascorbic acid kind.

It involves dissolving the C in water and adding baking soda. It fizzes and then it's buffered.

I don't know the percentage of baking soda to add though. Maybe someone who knows might comment and enlighten us both.

Best Wishes,
