I'll be starting Day 1 of a 28 day Water Fast tomorrow.
Right now I am simply doing this for weight loss. I have no health problems but I've got around 50 pounds of excess fat on my body that looks gross and will probably cause problems in the future if I don't nip it in the bud right now.
I have tried and failed at fasting so many times that I can't even count them. But i'm trying again.
I plan on exercising and muscle toning everyday to help keep my muscles intact and toned, in order to add to the appearance of getting thinner as I fast. I am hoping to lose 28+ pounds during this time period and with the exercise I hope to look like I've lost around 40, so I can feel confident again.
