AF Recovery and Liver Cleansing

I've been recovering from adrenal fatigue for 13 years. I've been doing liver cleansing for nine years. When my liver starts detoxing rapidly I often have healing crises. When this happens, it puts a severe strain on my adrenals, and they often relapse. I'm finding this to be be very frustrating and discouraging. Anyone else had something similar happen? If so, how did you handle it?
