I had great luck with MSM for an older dog I had. She was 10 could hardly get up, she was up running around in no time and her coat never looked better. I used 2000mg a day as I remember, 1000 in AM, 1000 PM. My older German shepherd,seems helped by CS, even though he is still really active and healthy.
