Re: L-Lysine

Generally speaking, a stress formula B complex has higher amounts of the B vitamins than your typical multivitamin.  Most brands will have a multivitamin, a B-complex (usually with C), and a stress formula B-complex.

Here's the back label from "Stresstabs Advanced" - something about the Ester-C being new and advanced.  Mine has plain old C...
Nutrition Facts
Serving Size:1 Tablet
Servings Per Container:60
Amount per Serving% Daily Value
Vitamin C (from Ester-C calcium ascorbate) 250 mg417
Vitamin E (as dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) 30 IU100
Thiamin (B1) (as Thiamine Mononitrate) 10 mg667
Riboflavin (B2)  10 mg588
Niacin (B3)  100 mg500
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 5 mg250
Folate,Folic Acid,Folacin  400 mcg100
Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 12 mcg200
Biotin  45 mcg15
Pantothenic acid (as d-Calcium Pantothenate) 20 mg200

Phosphorus  30 mg3
Zinc (as Zinc Oxide) 23.9 mg159
Copper (as Cupric Oxide) 3 mg150
* Daily Value not established.

This is from the Nature Made brand "Super B-complex"

Not sure why that website doesn't have the labels clearly listed... generic is fine, just watch the serving size (some brands have a 2 pill "serving size" to get the amounts listed on the label).  I think it's just easier to cover all the B-vitamins.  If I'm lacking one, I probably am lacking in others.
